Week 1 – Self-Efficacy

Your belief begins with evidence. In Week 1, you’ll revisit past successes you’ve downplayed and reconnect with proof that you can persevere through challenges. This builds a foundation of self-trust. Why it matters: When you believe you’ve done hard things before, you know you can do them again.
